Of Nashville, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, March 03, 2010 in South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born in Tifton, Georgia to the late Harry and Lillian Tucker Hiers. She was a member of Guthrie Baptist Church and was preceded in death by three children, Edwin Gray, Hope Gray, Dorsey Gray, and a sister, Mildred Castleberry.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 5, 2010 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial in Poplar Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, March 4, 2010 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
