Of Lakeland, passed away early Tuesday morning January 19, 2010, in the Louis Smith Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was born March 19, 1959 in Orange Park, Florida to Garland Marshall Headley, Sr. and the late Jimmie Lee Richardson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2010 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with Rev. Austin Deloach officiating. Burial will follow in Fender Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, January 22, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. unit time of service.
